CB system description:
     CB system is IECEE (International Electrotechnical Commission of Electrical Products Qualification Testing and Certification Organization) to establish a set of global mutual recognition system of electronic products, the system to participate in the CB system between the various member countries to accept the test results to obtain national certification or approval. Battery related CB resolution:
 
     From 2011-05-01, secondary batteries for electrical and electronic products are required to comply with IEC 62133 requirements (UL 1642 is still accepted, but IEC 62133 differential tests must be taken into account)
 
     From 2012-05-01, with the electrical and electronic products of the secondary battery to fully comply with the requirements of IEC 62133. UL1642 will not be accepted outside the product covered by TC108.
